Just like I predicted, if PSG kept playing the way they have been, it was only a matter of time before things fell apart. And yep, their performance was seriously terrible. They had a few good chances, but totally wasted all of them.
Honestly, the match stats are kind of a joke. Angers didn’t even put up a fight. With PSG playing this bad, other teams really need to take advantage and lock down the top of the table. I’ve got a feeling something’s not right going on at PSG right now
PSG 1 - 0 Angers & home match for PSG, disappointed many fans. I've looked at the match statistics & PSG completely dominated the match, with 81% possession & 20 shots attempt with 6 shots on target. Bad start for PSG, I agree with you that if they continue like this in the next matches, then we just have to wait until PSG is in complete chaos.
I was also not impressed with the scores although PSG dominated the entire game but I was expecting more goals from PSG on that day. The game was very intense and overwhelming for Anger considering the total number of shots PSG had compared to that of anger. I wouldn't want to criticize PSG performance because it was obvious that they played very well and their performance was satisfactory but the problems here is the goals that aren't coming, maybe should I say it's was just Hard luck paving it's way on PSG. The previous encounter with Nante vs PSG ended with just 0-1 and the same scenario just played out with PSG vs Anger that finally ended with 1-0. I think Luis Enrique should orientate his players probably that would be enough to motivate the team to do more.
