If the match ends with this result, I think it is not the optimal outcome that Marseille desired. They should have been able to do better in terms of goal productivity. But from what I see, they do not underestimate their opponents, even though they are certainly the favorites.
Paris fc is new to ligue 1. Marseille should definitely win the home match against such a team. But in the first half we saw that both teams' players performed quite well. Marseille got a 2-0 lead in just 24 minutes. However, Parsi scored a goal in the 28th minute. The second half will be quite exciting. Marseille can not be considered a contender for the title of Ligue 1 this year. Their performance is quite puny . After the defeat against rennes, the team is also failing to play well against Paris in the home match. We are not seeing the fircy performance like last season from Marseille players. Marseille definitely needs a stronger and more organized squad if they want to fight for the title with a muscly squad like psg . But Marseille's overall condition seems to be very shaky in my opinion.
