Lukaku's condition is really unfortunate. He is expected to be out for 3-4 months because of avoiding surgery as far as I have heard. That's sad news for especially Conte... He is his number 1 in the squad you know.

Osimhen should have been the reliable striker now, but they let him go just because they don’t want him with the team anymore, now they are desperately in need of a striker when Lukaku is out for almost four months; this simply means that they don’t have squad depth.
I don’t know why they are avoiding surgery for Lukaku, what if the thing get complicated along the line?
I will prefer the surgery so as to be safe and know the real time he will take to recover than leaving it like this without surgery. Nevertheless, I wish him quick recovery, and the team need to act very fast before the transfer summer closes.
