Nico Jackson is not a terrible player, but he is not a great one neither. Villa may end up using his skills better maybe, like Unai Emery is a good person and could make this work, but I honestly believe that he doesn't even worth a shot at that level. I would say he is the type of player who should be at a team who either relegates, or barely saved from relegation.

A team that is bottom five, that seems like the most we can see. Outside of that, we are not going to end up with anything better, it will not be easy at all. We should forget about Nico Jackson and his career, because he may played for Chelsea and once upon a time had some belief in him and his future, but that doesn't mean it's going to be vital now at all.

Una Emery once brought him to the spotlights that led to Chelsea singing him. They both worked together at Villarreal and if there's any manager who understands Jackson better is Unai Emery.

Unai Emery might be planning to play him as a LWF and not as a striker, same way he used him at Villarreal and brought out the best in him. Jackson is never a striker, Chelsea used him at the wrong position.
