Perhaps the daily or even weekly RTP can change, but theoretically, the RTP remains unchanged at 96.5% for Pragmatic Play.
Unlike the theoretical RTP, the daily and weekly RTPs do change as they are calculated by dividing players’ winnings by the total wagered amount over the last day or week, respectively.
By the way, the RTP might not be same for all games even if they are all from the same provider. The RTP for the same game might not be the same on all casinos.
But who knows... I myself don't really think about RTP at all.
