The poor campaign of Leverkusen this season we can not transfer all blame on Eric Ten Hag for what is going, two losses at the beginning of the season, tue management has not being up and doing this season with financing in signing the right talents in replacing their best players they are selling to another clubs.
Ten Hag can only make use of what players at his disposal right now and it is quickly revealing that this season is going to be a bad long season for Leverkusen.
It will be difficult for Ten Hag not to be seen as the problem of the team because he is the manager of the team, Bayer Leverkusen management is trying to gamble with the by selling off the good players without replacing them. They will have more poor performance and more defeats will come to them until they get a better replacement for sold out players
In as much as I agree that Bayer Leverkusen manager Erik Ten Hag should take most the of blame for the club's poor start to the season, I think the club management also deserve a large chunk of the blames. How do you sell the club's best players and send others on loan and still couldn't replace them with quality players. This summer, the club's former important players like Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Wirtz and even Victor Boniface have all left but when you compare their football abilities to the value replacement options, you'll come terms that the club management are actually part of the problem.
Erik Ten Hag just have to do something in other to improve the club's performance because if he gets sacked for continuous poor results, he'll struggle to get another job for himself since he didn't have a great spell in his immediate former club
