I don’t for a second believe he is outside of the U.S. - My instincts are screaming at me, every comment made by him or about him strongly indicates he is the same person I met up with in Miami. I bet there is a way to compare and contrast conversations made by him to link similarities that could definitively correlate him with other alts he has used.
