I was away for a bit. And if you skip a few days, it quickly gets out of hand. It starts with okay I'll rest for a day or two and then laziness kicks in. That's why I'm coming back today before letting that happen. Continuing the challenge with my standard daily 200 push-ups. The floor looks more crowded now, that's good.

It is very realistic because when we rest, the next day or the day after we feel very lazy where it feels very boring to complete push ups but if there is no break then it is very fun to complete push ups regularly. I am like you now I don't rest anymore I try to complete push ups constantly.
Today the weather in my country is going to be very nice, some rain, some sun, some rain, some sun. All of this together makes the environment very beautiful and completing push-ups is more fun. Today I woke up and completed push-ups in a rainy environment where I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets today.
