As far as I remember there were lots of ways to get it for free from faucet and some giving it off as rewards. Also some users arr just giving it off if you download bitcoin wallet. I missed this chance before to get more but right now I dont think theres still have some stuff like this if ever there are possibly small fractions of satoshi only.
