What will happen if bitcoin transactions became anonymous like Monero tomorrow? Will it increase the demand of bitcoin even more in the world ? Or will it have negative effect like government making restrictions on bitcoin ?

Bitcoin transactions are already anonymous if you know how to stay anonymous, and the Bitcoin Lightning Network is more private than Monero. A developer Super Testnet claims that Lightning Network has much better privacy than Monero. He challenged a few weeks ago  Monero developers to a “duel” to try to reveal the privacy of the Lightning Network, but they failed, while he managed to break Monero’s anonymity. Monero isn’t as anonymous as people think. Here’s a video where this is explained.

It is also important to understand that Bitcoin’s transparency is not a flaw, but an advantage. If we want a fair and honest monetary system and money, it must be transparent , nothing should be hidden. If everything is hidden, how can we know there is no inflation or that someone isn’t printing money without control?

For example, look at what happens in the fiat system , the Cantillon effect. If money is not transparent, how can we know if someone is abusing the system, as often happens in the fiat system?
