I checked the website and I thought they are gone and runaway, I just read their thread about their updates here which is nice to know what they're up to, those tags can easily be removed and it's still not too late for their reputation, I just hope they would settle the existing problems and they'll continue to go on. I already saw some projects here that was tagged by many members but managed to win back their trust by doing their good work.
I also thought they were new and probably didn't expect some abuse with their bonuses even though their intention is to have a good promotion, we can't really avoid users abusing it, so taking measure is a must.
Even though OP has shown commitment that he will process the payments,
- Withdrawals will be processed without KYC and without extra requirements — just a simple request from your account, as it should be.
but one should not think that everything is good to go now, unless those who are effected being paid and they confess this too. Unless the tags are removed from the OP, it would not be wise to deposit anything on this site. And if OP want that people come to his site and gamble, he should be keen to resolve all problems and get those negative tags removed.
