I confess that I was very surprised by this defeat. I included Milan in my parlay thinking that with Allegri their defense would be stronger, because in recent seasons Milan only had problems in defense.
This is surprising, even though I was confident from the start that Milan would win. But soccer is always difficult to predict. Cremonese actually played tightly, waiting more and trying to counterattack, rarely playing open play. I counted Emil making four crucial saves. This had a domino effect on the players. The Cremonese players became more confident and had great enthusiasm to win. A good start for Cremonese and a bad one for Milan. Cremonese still has to fight in the remaining 37 matches. I think avoiding relegation next season is a reasonable target for Cremonese.
