It’s funny because I do feel this sometimes whenever I lose my bankroll. I’m encouraged to work harder to cover for my losses and forget about it since I already gained through my salary.
I know it’s not ethically correct but I find myself doing this unknowingly as my way to counter my recent loss.
For me it’s the opposite. When I lose my bankroll I usually deposit more to chase my losses, and that ends up with me losing everything which turns into a bigger problem. I never really work hard just to finance my gambling, it’s more about losing patience. Greed kicks in, we break our own rules, and suddenly we gamble recklessly.
