I wish everyone a wonderful day. I've reached day 100, which was a great challenge for me, and I'm not done yet my next goal is to reach day 1,000.
There's probably nothing more satisfying than doing something consistently and getting good results. I did a good push-up today, 100 reps.
I also looked into buying some equipment for home, and I'll be getting some soon. I'm buying a parallel bar and a pair of parallettes. I'll use these to practice front levers, planches, L-sit, and handstands. These push-ups have strengthened me even more so I can do those exercises.
I'll start with the basic steps of these exercises and progress step by step.
