First time noticing about your exchange from this thread. Hope your business is growing smoothly, but I feel you need more branding to draw attention from users. Just imagine how long ago you created this thread, but I haven't noticed that, though I am pretty much active here. Upon visiting your exchange, it seems to lag when opening the exchange pair page. Not sure it's for a first-time visit; I may try later to see what happens next time. I will say we need to improve the loading speed for the trading pair page; otherwise, traders will be disappointed.

Another issue, though, is that my jurisdiction isn't your restricted list on the thread. But it seems to sometimes block me from visiting your site. When I reload and press the back button, then reload works again. It seems the browser or website is confused and can't detect my jurisdiction at all. I am quite interested to know why you have blocked Hong Kong. I have seen many crypto-physical exchanges there, which means crypto is fully legal there. You may just need the required licence, but I'm not sure of the total procedure.
