The volatility (persistent changes in the price of Bitcoin) has drawn a lot of attention, and will continue to. The consequences surely has it's merits and demerits; to various users. To the trader, and investor respectively. Do the merits outweigh the demerits? Would a less volatile nature draw more usage?
Less volatility can reduce the usage of cryptocurrencies because traders and investors wants volatility to make profit if there will be less volatility, they will still trade it they are not going to stop trading because in the consolidation phase the volatility is lower then usual so bro even in that phase, traders are not leaving market and they are making profit.
But temporarily the trading activities reduce but not stop at all so if volatility decreases, the usage will decrease too for short time but with the market's movement traders will find more opportunities and who knows if higher stability could make them more profit in future only not in spot because in spot every trader would need more money.
