The tournament is now just a few days away. We've seen how prepared the teams are, and judging by their performances in the friendly matches, Germany looks like a strong contender for the championship this year. Spain doesn't look particularly ambitious this season. Dennis Schröder will be the MVP again this season and looks poised to lead Germany to the championship.
I didn't see the game but I don't doubt that Germany has the quality to be among the medalists. However, I can't see Dennis "The Menace" Schröder as an MVP of the tournament, unless Germany gets the gold medal. But for the gold medal, my favorite is Serbia, thus the MVP title goes to Jokic.
Türkiye is another contender for the championship. If Alperen Şengün, Adem Bona, and Shane Larkin can form a strong trio, we could see some top-tier basketball 
Everyone wishes their home teams to be the winners but we all know that the reality is different. Turkey might have a great coach and a very good team, but it will be a tremendous surprise to win this tournament. They will have to surpass their limits as a team in every game and win against stronger and more experienced teams who also have top players. Sorry, but I find it very hard.
