One point out of 6 is a disaster. I can't speak so harshly about Amorim yet, because I'm in the denial stage  Grin I just can't believe it's the same pattern again. But if you look at it purely rationally, I see that according to statistics, Fulham played no worse than United, two equal teams played. Is this really why Amorim was so urgently hired by United last year? I'll see how the game ends in the next round with Burnley and then with City. If it's not 6 points, then Amorim can be written off.
Fulham was clearly the better team, and if not for the solid defending from Deligt and Yoro, Fulham would have won the match. Manchester United's midfield was shit. Bruno disappeared in the deeper role. Casemiro's ageing legs could not carry him, and when Ugarte came on, he couldn't make much of an impact. Amorim should have the balls to drop or remove underperforming players, even if it's Bruno. He has no excuse this time around. If he fails to get United back to europe, he might get sacked.
