Greetings fellow Nigerians so After doing some research on the forum........
Yes, you have raised many important points. We often think about the security of crypto wallets as much as we are aware of them, but we do not think about the security of bitcointalk accounts. However, many people's credibility, work records, and participation in various projects are deeply involved with this account.

Especially those who have used old emails or have forgotten their email passwords should update them now. The password should also be something that cannot be easily guessed but you can remember. Saving it in Google Password Manager can also be risky. Therefore, these arguments can be reduced.

I have said something about how to reduce the risk of the account:
1: You have to set up an active email in the account. The email must be secure and everything in the account can be done with that email.
2: You have to use a strong password that is capable of being used by you and the password is very strong.
3: You have to implement 2FA. Adding 2FA further increases the security of the account.

Finally, I think security shouldn't just be limited to wallets and bitcointalk , but should be present in every part of our online interactions.
