Today was fun, how I wish every other day would be like today. Went out to jog for 15mins and did something I never thought I'd do, instead of hitting the floor I tried using the dumbbell to add to my daily exercises before ending it with another 200 push up. I feel like I can lift a car with the way im feeling after everything, need to take a break.

Hahaha, a lot of strength has come to the muscles because you have decided to lift the car right now. In fact, the day the exercise can be done a little better and the muscles can be loaded more, it feels like I can lift anything. This is not just your case, it happens to many people. I used to feel the same way when I was exercising with dumbbells to increase my arm muscles.
Today I completed push-ups in the morning. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets. However, completing today's push-ups was more fun because of the rain.

I honestly don't know what gave me that idea or where I got it from but everything feels so easy to lift at of that time like I was feeling different after finishing up the daily exercise. If I continue making use of the dumbbell in the next 2 to 3 weeks I believe my arms are not only going to be bigger but it will balance the push up and I pray not to be having that idea of lifting objects before one day I'll see my fellow human as a piece of cloth to move with one arm.
