Just want to share something I’ve observed in our community. I know a few people who are consistent gamblers, yet they also work really hard. It seems like gambling actually pushes them to hustle more, because they need money to fuel their gambling activities.
Is it not bad enough if you are hustling harder just to get enough money that will go back into gambling? if the inspiration to hustle is just so you can from your income gamble then it is clear that you will gamble too often and will spend the major part of your income for gambling. the job a gambler does is supposed to be a major distraction that will take his attention away from gambling such that the gambler does not gamble too frequently.
The amount that most gamblers that are not stronmg financially use for gambling is usually too small such that it is less than 3% of their income. even the once that jobs that pays them daily which i think will fall under the category of people with such mentality still gambles with a relatively small amount of money such that it does not affect there groose earnings.
