It seems source of the news is just single X tweet. I'm not saying the one who made that tweet is lying, but there's possibility the actual reason/cause is something else.

Such update can really affect those who have full node on their device.

And anyone who copy/write a lot to their storage drive.

That's so bad since they release an update like that without checking if its really working and will not damage to their clients.

Lucky I didn't think about updating my windows 10 to 11 since it happens this is really huge hassle on my side for taking out their current latest update.
