If I had 1 cut in a my bet slip and my potential winning is high it takes me almost 2 days to forget about it even when it's been stake up with little amount but when it's more than 1 game that cuts my game within an hour it's off my mind but now my mind is matured i have realized that no mater how i think about my losses that it won't change anything I stop getting worried over nothing when ever i losses a game and since also the amount lost isn't what i can't afford to loss i just let it go because there are two things that happened when we gamble it's either we loss or we win.
When I lose in gambling, it doesn't take me a day to forget it, no matter how big the amount is. Because then I think that there is no point in thinking about it because it will never come back. And these thoughts should be done before starting gambling because then at least if such thoughts come, you will not want to place big bets. And place bets that amount that you can afford to lose. But there's no point in worrying about losing after getting overexcited and betting a large amount if you can't remember later that you should never bet a large amount. You can't afford to lose.
