There is already a topic on this discussion, I guess you didnt check carefully to know if something like this was already being discussed...to answer your question I would say that having a skill is more important even though both of them are actually valuable but to make money in this generation you must have a skill because your degree isn't going to be enough to keep you going...There are lots of people that have a degree but no source of income
But most people with only skills and no qualifications often end up in low-level positions with little opportunity for career advancement. Meanwhile, those who lack skills but have high degrees will have a bit of difficulty in the early stages of their careers but over time. They will be the ones who have the opportunity to advance and hold key positions in the company.
Like any company or corporation in the world. There are many employees and technicians working without a degree, but have you seen anyone working as a human resources director, department head or chief accountant without a degree?
