Formal education is good for everyone.

Yeah because it is umbrella for learning process. Education is the foundation for skill. Meaning you need education to acquite skill and while you are acquiring skill you are getting educated on that area of skill. If you take skill away from education, education still stands but if you take education away from skill, no skill is acquired. Skill requires a lot form of education even basic as writing or reading. Take for instance those who learn handiwork, they require equipment that they require to work and some has some mathematical model or compactment in them like measurements, that is a form of education. With measurement you need equipment like ruler, tape, calculations of feets, meters, height, length etc before you acquire the skill to the level of graduation.

Then to go up in the skill, you need education/certificate to gain admission into courses that you want to learn higher skills in. So whichever way, education is key.
