So far, the policy introduced by the Chelsea owner to do away with older players and retain younger players has proven to be a great idea for the team, right now the team is in good shape, and they possess the right mentality coupled with the fact that they are very young and ambitious, it means they can achieve a lot if only they can remain consistent and focused all through the season to the very end.
Yeah you are right, but I think most of the fans and football lovers are forgetting to give credit to Enzo Maresca for being able to manage these young players and being able to keep all of them happy. For sure the BlueCo are doing a very good business but if these players are not being properly managed getting the best out of them will be a big problem.
Well I think Maresca is building a very impressive project for these players seeing the competition in the team and still want to come to Chelsea. The likes of Garnacho and Simons have rejected so many big clubs just to wait for Chelsea in the last week of the transfer window.

So true with all you have said about Enzo Maresca not receiving the much credit he deserves having to take this Chelsea team from their poor state of performance after the overhauling to what we now have now as an ambitious team that is out for trophies. Maresca winning two trophies in his first season with Chelsea was also unforeseen because he wasn't seen as the right man for the job in the first place when he arrived. His style of managing the team has attracted many players to want to play for Chelsea than others clubs.
