Is it Luis Enrique's call to make? I personally don't think so
If the boss(es) don't want to up the wages, then Luis Enrique has no choice but to look for an alternative. I think Donnarumma was just being inconsiderate and i very well know PSG learnt a very big lesson from the Mbappé saga.
No! It's not Luiz Enrique call to make absolutely but he surely has a saying too. As head coach, he has a right to discuss with the boss(es) on the players to keep and the ones to let go. If he's keen to work with a player, he may find a way to convince the management to fulfil the player demands.
So yeah, Donnarumma was inconsiderate, the management are not fair and Luis Enrique not longer interested working with Donnarumma.
