Tottenham has done it again in the league. They've beaten Guardiola's squad once again at Etihad. Manchester City's performance was really boring to watch, they couldn't even score a goal; how would you let an average team in the league defeat you with a clean sheet?? The game showed City weaknesses, players like Clerki and Bernardo Silva lost possession often in they game.
I doubt Guardiola will have it to himself this season with the way they played 2 nights ago. Either way, all thanks to a super solid defending by Tottenham of course they did excellent!! That's how big teams show their potential in football, though Tottenham have always been a nightmare for the City side for about the second time in a row!

What Man City did was not what many people expected, and they also caused me to lose my bet this week, but that's the reality. Tottenham managed to silence them at the start of the season, which means that Man City has a significant weakness, as they lost 2-0 at home to The Spurs.
Manchester City could improve further if Guardiola revises his strategy against Spurs, but their weaknesses are now exposed. At least, identifying the gaps in City's defense isn't something that can be easily addressed in the short term; City needs a variety of strategic options in their gameplay.
Liverpool = the players leaving and arriving are almost balanced, but the spending is now higher because they've brought in expensive players who should match the desired quality however, it's still too early to judge properly.
Ekitike seems more likely to shine than Wirtz so far. Ekitike has already scored goals in his first season, and tonight's away match against Newcastle is a tough one, but we hope Liverpool will win with their new squad.

Having a goal already does not really put him so much ahead of others because in today's fixture alone one can get two goals and they will already be ahead of him having a single goal but the main point here is about the form of Liverpool and their progression with the chances they have now, Newcastle is not and will not be an easy team for them, we saw Newcastle's performances in their last game and average teams like this are usually found of making it tough for bigger teams, hopefully the bigger side ends up with three points. If Liverpool do not put in their best they will lose the match because Newcastle United is an informed team and this season they will do there best, I believe they will do very well so Liverpool needs to take this match very serious because if they don't they will lose the match to Newcastle United, however there is a big possibility that Liverpool will win this match but let's see how it goes today.
