Actually what I see with Madrid is that they are even making progress even as it does look like they are not as brilliant as we use to know them and I see that as veryyr important because it is better to keep moving nad progressively improving than remaining stagnant, they have been winning their games even if as it does not come off impressive they are still amassing points for which by the time they get better they will still not be lagging behind. Teams like Barcelona who will want to contend the title are going to be on their toes if they must equate.
Xabi Alonso is new to La liga. Alonso does not even have any previous experience managing a squad like Madrid. It is difficult to manage a squad with so many star players. Even so , Alonso is doing a good job.
We did not see Madrid perform as well as expected in the first match. The team won by a narrow margin of 1- 0. But in the second match, the team won 3 -0 against Oviedo. We saw Madrid's boys play very well throughout the match. There is no way to deny that the team is gradually improving.
Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing how Madrid performs against big teams. I am especially looking forward to El Clasico. We saw Madrid lose all 4 matches against Barcelona last season. Madrid fans don't want to see the same result this season either.
