Literally he seem to be handling the team like it is his first time as a Coach, even when the team had a first timer, they did much more better and now they are at a point where we cannot say that they are even sure of a decent finish by the end of the season, at a point it is beginning to be clear that somehow Manchester United was not the problem but maybe he had some work he is supposed to do on himself but has not taken time to factor that and put it into consideration. I am only been hopeful Leverkusen do not get far worse than they have been so far.
I think we should be fair here, by not putting all the blame on him. First of all, the season is still pretty early for we to conclude that he is a failure, so after he has managed up to five games, that's when we are going to conclude that his Bayern Leverkusen side is terribly bàd.
Then talking about being fair, let's look at this Bayern Leverkusen side and how the hierarchy of the club has practically weakened the team just because they want to make money without putting into consideration that the team needs to stay competitive, so should we be expecting Eric ten hang to perform a miracle with this team that has been severely weakened?
I still think that we are just too hash on him base on his Manchester united days, but if we are going to be sincere here, this Bayern Leverkusen team has been damaged really bad for any coach to perform a miracle overnight.
