The government is aimed at collecting taxes, and I think gambling brings them significant revenue, just like the sale of alcohol, so they will not restrict what generates money...

Despite the fact that gambling, like alcohol, brings heavy taxes to the budget, in many countries they are completely banned. In other countries, there are very strict restrictions on alcohol and gambling advertising. So it's not just about money, but it also depends on religious and social reasons.

are alcohol advertising restrictions common like that? in which countries?
because at least in my country they have some warnings that most watching will ignore like "don't drink a lot" and "product for those over 18" but usually it makes no big difference
