I was away for a bit. And if you skip a few days, it quickly gets out of hand. It starts with okay I'll rest for a day or two and then laziness kicks in. That's why I'm coming back today before letting that happen. Continuing the challenge with my standard daily 200 push-ups. The floor looks more crowded now, that's good.

You're right Sir about taking a little break from our pushup exercise, that little time is long enough to skip our minds from getting back to our pushups exercise when we are suppose to and when we do,we might start experiencing laziness as it may become difficult for us to even cover our average daily pushups numbers. I try as much as possible not to allow a day pass without doing my pushup.
Like as of today,I was so much engaged with activities that I barely had any time so I had to reschedule my pushups workout time for late evening.
