I'm in the UK, and our current government is intent on sucking money out of any savings or assets that we own. They are starting to impose Draconian measures to control any financial transactions or holdings. I believe that this could lead to an increase in the use of P2P transactions that are kept away from exchanges and government control. Do you believe that this will lead to an increase in transactions between members of fora such as Bitcoin Talk, or will such transactions be a rich grazing ground for government investigations?

Have you considered moving to a freer country?
If you live in a totalitarian state with a repressive regime, it might be best to relocate to a place where there are more personal and financial freedoms. There are countries that are much more open to Bitcoin, where people can freely manage their own money and assets without the threat of oppressive and totalitarian regimes.

And relocating is now the best advice to give to someone? Why not tell the person other ways he could use his Bitcoin as his investment and trading tools but then use the recognised Fiat's and digital currencies for transactions. I don't think governments can identify every single person that is using bitcoin and other cryptos in a unfriendly country, so you can still use yours privately without necessarily having to travel from your country to another. I don't think that movement will be the wisest idea to give a fellow but doesn't sound financially appealing to take that move.
