Yes, this doesn’t answer the question. Moreover, it makes it sound like "we haven’t banned any accounts since we launched, but we may do so in the future"!

since you guys claim you won't be asking for any KYC, does that basically mean you dont hold any license or follow any regulators?
I just checked, and, indeed, it seems they don’t have a license. However, not being licensed doesn’t mean they can do whatever they want. They still need to comply with the regulations of the country they operate from (and probably the regulations of the countries in which they offer their services).
