Liverpool were able to score their final goal in the extra time given in the match, and they were able to get a win in the match. The two teams played well in the match, but Newcastle couldn’t get a win in the match. The mistake which Newcastle made in the match was just the red card which they received in the match, and I will say that tackle wasn’t really necessary. If not for the red card received by Newcastle today, even if they couldn’t get a win in the match, then the match might end up to be a draw.
At first I was more like disappointed in Newcastle United from the way they were taking the match till the red card was giving but after then it was as if the player went down for a reason because they began to make moves that wasn't on there play earlier and before we could actually no if it was a stable performance they scored the first heading goal. The way Gordon charged Virgil van Dijk on that incident that caused the red was obviously too much on him and it was like an intentional play because it wasn't a place of such tackling, Liverpool was lucky because there failure was written everywhere and they nearly lost the victory they could have got.
In today's match, the New Custom team was very aggressive at the beginning, but fortunately one of their players got a red card and went off the field. Because it was a very competitive game without one player, but if the Newcastle team could have played for a long time with a full squad, then there was definitely a good chance of winning today's match. Because Gordon was in the attack section, Gordon got a red card and went out.
