Liverpool paid £64M to buy Nunez but they sold him for to Al Hilal for £46M. Liverpool lost money on his transfer fee. Nunez is a good striker he can score goals in the SPL. Al Nassr beat them in the Super Cup semi but Al Hilal will be a strong team for the SPL season.
You're right, bringing in Nunez will certainly give Al Hilal a sharper front line next season. But I don't think that guarantees Al Hilal will be crowned champions again in the Saudi Arabian League. Currently, Al Hilal's rivals in the Saudi Arabian League appear much stronger. Take Al Ahli, Al Ittihad, and Al Nasr, for example. I believe these three teams are currently performing at Al Hilal's level, and could even be better. So, even if Al Hilal manages to bring in Nunez, they still have to work harder to become champions in the Saudi Arabian League.

Because relying on just one player won't allow a team to perform optimally. Furthermore, we don't know what Nunez's performance will be like at Al Hilal. While he may have performed quite well at Liverpool, because he's had teammates who have been a good fit for him. But at Al Hilal, he'll certainly need to adapt further to perform well. So, with that in mind, I don't think there's any certainty that Al Hilal will dominate again next season, just because they managed to sign Nunez.

Furthermore, in their first match, Al Hilal will face Al Riyadh. I think this match will be easy for Al Hilal. So, we'll see how it turns out in a few days.
