I think the general idea of this project is good:
we have roughly 500 btc as an investment in a block chain based casino, where the house edge is redistributed to the holders of cha, I have to admit that I really think that this kind of business modell will gain momentum soon in the cryptoeconomics/cryptocurrency sphere. you offer a service (in this case gambling) and get revenues by keeping the house liquid. this is definetely a way to make blockchain-technology profitable.
the downside at this moment is the service offered for customers: there are some minor issues, like graphics etc. which can be solved easily, but there are without a doubt two major issues: the first one is quite a hefty fee for using the service, and the second one is the confirmation time. especially the second one stands in stark contrast to the gambling behaviour of the target group: people want to gamble fast and especially want to know the outcome of their bet.
I am not a programmer but from a logical point: can't we get unconfirmed bets which are in bulks being implemented in the blockchain (saving a. fees and b. speeding up the game? - maybe a kind of a semi-decentralized solution?
anyway if we understand this project in its current implementation as a base frame for a blockchain based distributed casino, and we find some elegant solution for the two problems above, this will without a doubt be a project with a huge success
