One of those factors that affects the decision making of such student, thinking that gambling is a quick way to earn money, just place your bet and wait for the outcome, at first they'll be able to expeirenced to win then that particular experienced will put them to a certain situation where they will keep on trying to win more, ending up with losing everything back and move them to desire more on that sequence possible addiction may takeover and dominate inside a student's mind.
That's the mindset of most people who gamble. Their mindset is flawed, and it also leads to flawed gambling. This mindset makes it difficult for them to stop, regardless of whether they win or lose.  This mindset encourages them to continue gambling.

I've observed that in my community quite a number of high school students are already influenced by gambling. This may be due to their own gadgets which provide easier access to online gambling. But I know not all schoolchildren are like this.

That's something alarming if the application is too easy to use without any strict verification students can easily fake out ther identity and proceed to gamble, it's too hard to lead them away as addiction can pushed for more and surely if addiction is already present the chance of wasting more of their time and money will affects their education.

Due to the age we are in there are some things that are being normalized which is okay actually but they have lots of downsides and one of them is giving kids access to mobile phones and other types of gadgets, this makes them open to explore certain things...as a parent if you decide to give your kid a phone or laptop do your best to make sure that some things would be inaccessible for that childs own good

Children should be allowed to be children hence there are somethings we shouldn't allow them have access to. You can restrict some applications and website that are harmful to them. Gambling can affect our studies because we can get addicted and starts making decisions that'll make us to lose money instead of making more money. If we're still students we shouldn't be gambling but focus on achieving educational success. After that then we can get a job that'll help bring money for us and then gambling can be done for fun. It won't be easy to be gambling for fun without making any profits but you won't be angry when you're having money being made from other things that you're doing.

Agree to that, those young minds should be guided properly and not to let them be involved to any gambling related activities, let them do those things that children should be doing and not those things that supposedly for adults, they can proceed and complete their studies and when they already have decent job, it's up to them if they would like to gamble to have some fun.
