With your own company, you're building a brand that if you don't do your best it won't work but for others, they're others like you also working for the business that the minimum you do is enough to be paid. Your business requires more dedication and that's not an easy thing to do. When you fail, you'll be broken that it's almost not easy to pull yourself back up and continue to hustle. Personal business owners go through alot that not many can go through and still be able to continue investing into the business.
