What a crazyness to see a guy with 37 years being champion of football..... as a coach. I mean he is younger than most of us, and he is most younger than a lot of active footballers, i super crazy to see this kind of things, for example Cristiano Ronaldo is 4 years more older than him.

What we've become accustomed to is older managers. I'm against this. Young managers with footballing intelligence can also achieve success. We can give Xabi as an example.
