Among the teams that have already secured a place in the Europa League, Aston Villa and Lyon stand out to me. These two teams could make it to the finals. While the other teams aren't as ambitious, I suspect the teams that will emerge from the qualifiers won't be too ambitious either.
The only thing that I love in the competition is that, it's unpredictable. A weak club with a poor performance in her domestic league might end up winning the trophy again this season. We have seen such happen times without number in the past. I don't have any favorite team, when the competition gets to the semifinals, the winner will be revealed.
