I like that you added the "when Harry Kane is not on the pitch" because there is no way Jackson is going to be benching the prolific Harry Kane. For Jackson, I'd say he is just lucky with transfers because he is an awful finisher.
He might have to play in other position in Bayern Munich, most probably on right wing position.
I think he's not really that awful, he's overpriced, but I still see him give a contribution to Chelsea. Unlike two strikers in Manchester United, they both are more expensive than Jackson, but Jackson perform better.
