Several top teams have similar percentages, such as Manchester City and Liverpool, and they shouldn't be underestimated. However, I'd like to emphasize that defending the Champions League title isn't easy, so I'm slightly ruling out PSG this season.
Real Madrid is also a bit questionable, as their early season performance hasn't been impressive. So, I have little doubt that they'll be a fierce contender in this season's Champions League.
So what about Barcelona chances? Or are you leaning towards Liverpool and Manchester City, who were clear favorites last season but were suddenly eliminated? It might be better to wait for all the top teams to appear, as it's too early to speculate let alone doubt last season champions.

I'd rather mention Liverpool as one of the favorites, but I wouldn't count Manchester City among the top contenders. I haven't seen anything in their performance to expect much from them this season. Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea are strong teams in the Premier League that I believe will perform well in the Champions League this season.
Barcelona and Real Madrid will be among the strong contenders, and according to my prediction, Barcelona will win the Champions League this season. It's just that I'm losing confidence in their defensive line with Ronald Araújo's recent performances, which haven't been impressive.
