The law targets unregulated platforms and advertisements, raising concerns for industry giants like Dream11 and MPL.
Those platforms who are regulated have nothing to fear because they are not the target.

I don't understand this part. But since the bill is targeting unregulated casinos, those operators like Dream Sports, Gameskraft don't have anything to fear or am I missing something?
