Yeah it's called Altcoinstalks. Although it isn't as popular as Bitcointalk but it still has a decent userbase and activity. So yeah, it also counts as a crypto forum.
Well, that altcoinstalks forum wasn't so popular, but they gained more attention when the mixer campaigns got banned on this platform, and a few of the managers convinced the mixers' owners to move those campaigns to the altcoinstalks forum.
This increased the popularity of that forum as many people started using that platform in search for signature campaigns. Another thing is that forum works on ranks etc and they allow people from here to teleport their account there and hence get higher ranking from the start. No other crypto forum I know, except this one, is anywhere close to the popularity of bitcointalk.
