Cricket isn't very popular in Europe, and hence we find only a few teams there in this qualifying tournament for the Women's T20 World Cup.

Well, your argument is incorrect. I agree that only 4 teams are part of the Division One 2025 Women's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier. But don't forget the fact that there was a Division Two regional qualifier before this tournament, from which Italy and Germany qualified to Division One. And also, I could see a greater number of native players in women's game in Europe, compared to the men's variety. Sweden was the only team which didn't had any natives in their squad. Italy and Germany were more like 50-50.
