Several top teams have similar percentages, such as Manchester City and Liverpool, and they shouldn't be underestimated. However, I'd like to emphasize that defending the Champions League title isn't easy, so I'm slightly ruling out PSG this season.
Real Madrid is also a bit questionable, as their early season performance hasn't been impressive. So, I have little doubt that they'll be a fierce contender in this season's Champions League.
This is why I like the Champions League. It is difficult to pick the winner from the beginning of the tournament. Even after the group stage/league phase, it's difficult to pick the winner. It becomes easier as the knockout stage progresses.
The Champions League is different from the league. A team might not be very solid in the league, but they can find a way to knock out their opponent one after the other and continue progressing in the UCL.
All of Man City, Liverpool, Bayern, Arsenal, Madrid, Barcelona, Inter, PSG have what it takes to win the Champions League this season and I believe the winner will come from one of them.
