Trump is simply acting in ways that the Other US Presidents acted. Former Presidents were allowing the take-down of America. Trump is rebuilding America... MAGA.
He is destroying the US. He wants to fire Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook, a move that threatens the independence of the Federal Reserve. No President has attempted this in the 111-year history of the US top bank. This will undermine the confidence investors have in the US economy and make them move money somewhere else.The Federal Reserve is playing politics. As much as I don’t think lowering interest rates is the right move, it needs to happen to show the Fed they aren’t above the law. Lowering rates for Biden when inflation was rampant and not lowering them for Trump when inflation is at bay is wrong (even if it is probably the right move, lowering for Biden definitely wasn’t).
Personally, I would’ve rather seen him legalize the burning of the pride flag instead of protecting the American flag. The first move of his I am strongly against. I’m sure there will be more as Republicans overreach in response to the insanity the Democrats have been engaging in the last 17 years.
