Sassuolo, Pisa, and Cremonese are the three promoted teams, but only Sassuolo failed to earn points. Meanwhile, Cremonese's results surprised everyone. However, I can't predict how consistent they will be over the course of the season. For the promoted teams, I think it's a good thing if they can survive for a second season. This is based on player statistics and the transfers they've made. Currently, I still see that teams with better players and more money tend to be more successful in staying in Serie A.
Sassuolo met a strong team namely Napoli so there was no way they would have gotten a point in that match but i believe they will win their next match against Cremonese since they are both promoted teams and Sassuolo is stronger than Cremonese though for the fact that Cremonese won AC Milan can mean that they may not allow Sassuolo to win them because if they could win AC Milan while at away they can probably win Sassuolo. However, the season just kicked off and they only played their first match of the season, we really don't know there strength now until they play more matches. Of course, in every league, the teams with better and quality players are always more successful than the mediocre teams that have few or no quality players in their squad.
I think the head-to-head statistics will significantly influence the outcome of the Cremonese vs. Sassuolo match.
Just look at the previous statistics between Cremonese and AC Milan. The two previous meetings between the two clubs have always ended in draws, but yesterday's match saw Cremonese recognize AC Milan's weaknesses and managed to score.
Meanwhile, Cremonese and Sassuolo have a slight advantage in their head-to-head record, with Sassuolo having only won once in their five previous meetings.
Although Sassuolo has been promoted frequently and remains in Serie A, I think Cremonese has a good chance of winning at home
