I have seen a lot of comments from different people venting their frustration at Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Leverkusen, which is normal, but we all only blame the teams without appreciating the fact that their opponents might have gotten better this new season. Before two seasons ago, Bayern Leverkusen was just an average team and was not regular at top four, but soon they got better and started winning and even kept the record of being undefeated for a season. We might be seeing something like that this season in some of these other clubs. For Borussia Dortmund I don't know what their problem is and the reason for their stagnation for several years.
I am not worried about Leverkusen. I am pretty sure they will go back to their old ways. They do not have the strong squad they had in the last two seasons, nor do they have a great coach like Alonso. It is foolish to think that ten Hag will be able to do anything great with this team. However, I really expected a good performance from Dortmund. But with a team like Pauli, they failed to win. We can see the decline in the performance of all three teams, Leipzig, Leverkusen and Dortmund. This season, probably no team will be able to compete with Munich for the title. Before the start of the season, it is assumed that Munich will definitely be the Bundesliga champion. And Munich will ensure at least a 10-point gap over the second team in the table.

Since Bayer Leverkusen sold their two key players and changed their manager, I know they will hardly do well this season, because both the new players and Ten Hag, the new manager, will definitely experience some difficulty before they are able to understand how things go in this league, and also the old players will have to adapt to the new tactics. However, I also think it will be impossible to get higher this season because of the changes they are making this season. Seriously, Leverkusen will have an expletive hard time this season.
Your right it will take a while before players both old and new players will get used to the tactics and style of play of this new coach and with players like Victor Boniface coming back to the club after his failed moved to AC Milan it's a plus to Leverkusen because his wealth of experience is definitely going to count
